  Built this wonderful cabin for me three years ago.

                                                 How divine!

  I never had to worry - they actually showed up
  when they were supposed to ... (novel idea in Polk
  County) ... They were always working when I
  went over to check on things ... (hard to find up
  here) ... and they finished the project BEFORE
  our due date ... (never happens up here).
